How do I file a claim?
Just hit the “Claim” button on Bllota app or the website! We’ll guide you through the process from there.
How do I get paid for my claim?
After you complete the claim report on the website or app, you’ll be asked to enter you bank account information. Once your claim is approved, We’ll issue payment, minus your deductibles, directly to your account.
What if I want to cancel my policy?
You can cancel your policy at any time via the website or Bllota App, and you’ll receive a refun for the remaining period you’ve already paid for. No hard feelings!.
What kind of payment do you accept?
You can pay directly through different channels such as : Visa. Mastercard, SADA. Mada. STC pay, Applypay, etc.
